In this randomized controlled trial (RCT), Couper et al. explored the impact of medication administration via the interosseous (IO) versus intravenous (IV) route on 30-day survival, favorable neurologic outcome at hospital discharge, and return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) in adult patients with out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA).
