Chylothorax treatment
Abstract:
Central thrombosis-associated chylothorax is underrecognized in children and frequently refractory to conservative management. Central venous catheterizations are the predominate cause. We present 3 cases highlighting endovascular techniques used to treat persistent chylous effusions.
